Your quiz results show that your main issue is CLEANING

This means cleaning feels harder and more time-consuming than it should.

A lot of people were never taught how to properly clean things like floors, glass, showers, and greasy surfaces. So cleaning takes longer, uses more products, and feels frustrating.

This is not because you are lazy or doing it wrong.

When cleaning is done the right way, it takes less time, uses fewer products, and feels much lighter.

I share a lot of cleaning help for free, and you can always send me a question on social media if you’re stuck.

One important thing to know is this

Cleaning feels hardest when it has been delayed too long.

That is why building habits matters.

Why cleaning feels harder than it should

A lot of people were never taught how to properly clean:

  • Different floors

  • Glass and mirrors

  • Showers, soap scum, and buildup

  • Stoves and greasy surfaces

That’s why cleaning can feel confusing, time-consuming, and way harder than it should be.

And yes — this is exactly what I teach and share every day.

I give a lot of real cleaning advice away for free, because I truly believe people deserve to know how to clean their homes safely and effectively.

If you ever have a very specific cleaning question, you can always send me a DM.

But here’s something important I’ve learned after decades of doing this:

Cleaning only feels hard when it’s been delayed too long.

When maintenance cleaning happens regularly:

  • Soap scum doesn’t get thick and crusty

  • Stoves don’t get baked-on buildup

  • Floors don’t need heavy scrubbing

  • And you don’t need harsh chemicals to get things clean

But when cleaning gets pushed off for weeks:

  • Everything takes longer

  • Everything requires more effort

  • And everything feels miserable

This is where most people get stuck.

Not because they don’t know how to clean —

but because they don’t have the daily habits that create time for maintenance cleaning.

Your results also show a secondary habit issue, which is very common.

When daily routines like dishes, laundry, and quick resets aren’t in place,

you never get the time or energy to do the maintenance cleaning that actually keeps things easy.

So here’s what I recommend, based on real experience:

Keep learning how to clean — but start by fixing your habits.

When habits are dialed in:

  • You get to maintenance cleaning more often

  • Cleaning takes less time

  • You use fewer products

  • And the work is lighter, not harder

That’s exactly what I teach inside my Habits Workbook.

Autopilot Habits Workbook

It’s designed to help you:

  • Create daily routines that don’t burn you out

  • Free up time for regular maintenance cleaning

  • Stop letting buildup make cleaning harder than it needs to be

Stop letting buildup make cleaning harder than it needs to be

Cleaning is important.

But habits are what make cleaning manageable.

One last thing I want you to hear

You’re not bad at cleaning.

You’re just doing it under the hardest conditions.

And we can change that.
